T.Y.M.E Landscaping (Jason & Rachel Wagner) did an amazing job from start to finish… We LOVE our new patio..

What a real pleasure to work with this company! From initial sales contact to finished job (paver porch, retaining wall, and walkway rebuild). We met Daphney at the Novi Home and Garden Show and feel extremely fortunate that we did. She (and her Team) was/were a PLEASURE to work with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about various plant/tree/shrub types, when they flower, how they grow best (soil, water, sun, size) and used ALL of that knowledge to help design an AMAZING landscape for us. She was able to translate our “shoot for the moon” feel and look for our new space into reality and really worked to understand our overall vision. Her crew were professional, friendly, efficient, and tidy. We can’t say enough about her and HIGHLY recommend her and her expertise for any of your landscaping needs!

Tyme team has just finished our new patio and it looks very nice. We discovered a crack in the paver after it was done, and Jason came and replaced that paver for us. Excellent communication via email with Daphne, job description in an electronic form, not a handwritten quote, design drawing and all this at a competitive price.

Tyme did a great job updating our old brick paver patio and adding a walkway. We even added an area for our firepit. We met Daphne at the Home & Garden show in Novi. They were able to start the job earlier than expected which allowed us to enjoy the area during the beautiful summer months. A few weeks after completion, she returned to and made sure that the lawn grew back correctly. We were extremely happy with the out come and happy to refer to anyone.

If you’re considering updating your landscaping for your home, I highly recommend you call Daphne and the Tyme landscaping crew. Like most, we received several bids from several Landscaping companies, however, after speaking with Daphne and Jason, we decided to go with Tyme.

They did what they said they would do, in a timely manner, and took the time to explain, offer recommendations, and answer any questions that we had throughout the process. Old school customer service, that you don’t seem to find anywhere these days. If you want a team with simply unlimited experience, and knowledge, go with Tyme. We had our entire property, front and backyard redone… we couldn’t be happier.
